Product features
1. Silica has high purity, small particle size, uniform distribution, large specific surface area, high surface activity, high temperature resistance and low bulk density;
2. Silica has good dispersion, suspension and vibration liquefaction; And good thixotropy, as well as good reinforcement and thickening effect; It has better hydrophilicity and lipophilicity after surface treatment;
3. There are a large number of unsaturated residual bonds and hydroxyl groups in different bonding states on the surface, which deviate from the stable silica structure due to the lack of oxygen on the surface, so it has high reactivity, low bulk density of powder, and is easy to disperse;
4. It has high reflection characteristics for both ultraviolet and visible light. The reflectivity of ultraviolet short wave (200~280 nm) is 70%~80%; The reflectivity of ultraviolet medium and long wave (280~400 nm) reaches 80%~85%; The reflectivity of visible light (400~800nm) is more than 85%; The reflectivity of near-infrared ray in the 800~1350 wave band is also more than 70%.
Application area
1. Rubber modification, sealant ceramic toughening, adhesive modification, functional fiber additives, plastic modification, anti-paint aging additives;
2. Ceramic, nano-ceramic and composite ceramic substrate;
3. Polymer: it can increase the thermal stability and aging resistance of polymer;
4. Flame retardant materials, coatings, advanced grinding media, cosmetics and other products;
5. The toughness, strength, elongation, bending resistance, UV aging resistance and thermal aging resistance of color rubber products produced by adding a small amount of nano-SiO2 to solution polymerized styrene butadiene and chlorinated polyethylene all reach or exceed those of EPDM;
6. After adding a small amount of nano silicon oxide into the traditional coating, the problems of poor suspension stability, poor thixotropy, poor aging resistance, and poor smoothness are well solved.
Packaging and storage
This product is packed in barrels or vacuum bags with inert gas anti-static bags by default. The experimental quantity can be packed in inert gas cylinders. Customers who need inert gas cylinders, please contact us. After receiving the goods, they should be sealed and stored in a dry and cool environment. They should not be exposed to the air for a long time to prevent moisture from gathering and affecting the dispersion performance and use effect.
